I am a professional talented Leader and driven problem-solver and I hold a Bachelors degree in English Language (with Masters in View). I possess the innate passion for teaching, with experience in: - improving Reading Levels through guided reading groups and whole group instruction(s); - teaching and reinforcing Phonics, Reading, Writing and Grammar; - practicing pronunciation and intonation with students - using plenty of choral repetitions and drillings; - enhancing Reading skills through the use of Literature books & Readers' Theatres; - employing a wide variety of 'Fiction and Non-fiction Textual Materials' to encourage students to read independently; - doing a lot of additional communicative activities and digital game-based learning with students, while making sure the games and activities have real educational values; - helping with 'Behavioural Management' of students via various moral teachings; - teaching students how to make a virtue of complexity and embrace innovative, imaginative and creative writing; - (generally) promoting learning in students by leveraging Traditional and Modern Instructional Strategies.
